My clients are looking for a go getting, self motivated, experienced Sales & Lettings Property Valuer to join their team in the Market Leading Oakham Office.
An extremely rare opportunity has arisen to join the areas leading property professionals as a full-time Property Valuer within an award-winning, independent Estate & Letting Agent who have built a reputation by providing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants with a service that is second to none and is focused on the moving goals of each individual. You’ll be working with a close-knit, professional team with excellent support from motivated individuals within the office.
The role would make an ideal opportunity for a Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar to expand their career and opportunities with a fast paced, forward thinking Estate Agency.

·Create bespoke and beneficial marketing proposals to present a home in the best possible way.
·Managing the moving process from initial appraisal through to completion, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
·Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation for property sales & lettings.
·Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner.
·Maintain Brand Standards at all times.
·A competitive basic salary with personal commission for sales, lettings (if applicable), mortgages & conveyancing. Completely UNCAPPED!
