Our client is a prestigious Cheshire Estate Agency, market leaders in the area and a highly respected brand and they are looking to add a Sales Receptionist to their team.
·To provide a warm and professional welcome as the first point of contact for visitors to the office (in person and phone).
·Handling of enquiries via portals, email and phone, gaining a full understanding of the applicants search requirements.
·Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the property stock and maximise applicant opportunities.
·Build and maintain relationships with applicants and vendors.
·Management of office diary for viewing and valuation appointments.
·Obtaining viewing feedback from applicants and feeding back to vendors in co-ordination with sales negotiators.
·Conducting sales viewings/tours.
·General office duties including upkeep of the reception area and managing brochure stock.
·Providing admin support to the office manager when required.
·Strong work ethic.
·Proven customer service skills.
·Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise workload.
·Effective communicator with a strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
·Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
·Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
·Enthusiasm and drive.
