Are you looking for a Sales progression role with a twist.
Our client are looking for a highly passionate and motivated individual to be part of their ever-growing entity.
They are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor or Conveyancer to join their team in Leamington Spa. Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the sales process through to a smooth completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
• Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors.
• Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
• Providing full support to their Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently.
• Preparing correspondence using their case management system.
• Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
• Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
• Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers.
• Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move.
• Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
• Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Essential Skills Required:
• Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience.
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
• A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.
The Ideal candidate must have:
• Demonstrate initiative.
• Possess a high level of accuracy.
• Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
• Have the ability to work under pressure.
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
• Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
• A desire to progress within the new business department.
• Ideally possess a background in sales or an understanding for sales of legal services.
This is a Monday- Friday position.
