This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced sales progressor or experienced conveyancing administrator seeking a move into Estate Agency in this office-based role in Shropshire with salary in the region of £25,000
This is an exciting and important role managing the sales process through from the sale agreed stage to completion.
Duties will involve:
·Communicate with buyer, seller and solicitors on a regular basis to ensure that all buyers and sellers are kept up-to-date and that issues preventing progression are resolved promptly and effectively.
·Proactively ensure that, from the point that the sales is agreed, that the sales process is a smooth and efficient as possible.
·Prevent, wherever possible, sales from falling through.
·Ensure that all stakeholders feel confident that the sales process is being managed proactively and competently.
·Ensuring that all legal requirements are complied with through the selling process.
The candidate they are looking for will need:
·Excellent people skills including an ability to mediate and negotiate
·Good ICT skills (particularly in Word)
·Good literacy and numeracy skills
·Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills
·Excellent spoken (including telephone) and written communication skills
·Proven customer service experience
·Proven administrative experience
·Mediation experience
·Previous experience of sales progression in Estate Agency or new Homes(desired not essential).
·Previous experience of working in residential conveyancing (desired not essential).
·GCSE grade C (4)or above in English and maths
This role will be based in their busy office and will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and occasional Saturday morning cover when required.
