Job Tile: Sales Progressor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £24,000 + Uncapped OTE
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
Our client is looking for knowledgeable and experienced Sales Progressor to join their very successful team in their Manchester office. As a Sales Progressor you will manage your own personal portfolio of properties spread across the UK. You will be responsible for progressing the property through to completion in a timely manner.
Job Description:
·Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.
·Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
·Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
·Upsell some of their recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.
·Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress.
·Proactive approach required
·Organising your own daily workflow – They commit to getting the files to exchange as quickly as possible so it’s important keep your plates spinning!
·Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are key
·Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland
The candidate:
·Must have a strong Sales Progression background.
