As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Consultant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Viewings:
oConduct property viewings with potential buyers, presenting each property in its best light.
oEnsure properties are ready for viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
2.Viewing/Diary Management:
oOrganise and manage appointments, ensuring an efficient and well-structured daily schedule.
oUpdate the internal system with client feedback and follow up on viewings.
3.Brochure Production:
oCollaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality brochures for listed properties.
oEnsure property information is accurate, well-presented, and appealing to potential clients.
4.Web Listing:
oUpload new property listings onto the website and various property portals.
oEnsure online listings are accurate, up-to-date, and showcase the property’s key features.
5.Client Feedback:
oProvide timely feedback to property owners after viewings.
oAct as the key point of contact for client inquiries and offer a professional, prompt response.
6.Basic Negotiation and Deal Management:
oAssist in the negotiation process between buyers and sellers
oSupport the closing of deals by ensuring all parties are well-informed and satisfied with the process.

Qualifications & Experience:
·Previous experience in property or sales is beneficial but not essential.
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
