An independent and highly regarded Estate Agency firm in Kenilworth is now seeking an experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

They have an exceptional track record of success and a busy market presence. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within Estate Agency, have strong sales skills and impeccable customer service skills.

Duties will include:
-Generating and attending viewings
-Meeting and greeting customers 
-General administration
-Negotiating offers 
-Sales progression

Duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever possible throughout the business.

To be considered for this role you must also have a full UK driving license and use of your own car.

The ideal candidate:

-Remain calm under pressure and customer focused
-A true team player with a personable attitude
-Honest and proactive
-Eager to please and willing to learn
-Well-presented and organised
