This really is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established Estate Agency office in a close knit family run team in the Plymouth area, as a full time experienced senior sales negotiator / valuer, with a negotiable basic salary around £24-25,000 plus commission offering a competitive earning potential of £35,000 for an ambitious, experienced senior negotiator.
Our client is a well-known and long-established property agent who is looking for a candidate who is driven, loyal and friendly to join and work on the existing properties for sale and assist with valuations, viewings and take ons in the local area.
The candidate they are looking for must be a strong people person, friendly and reliable with a great sense of team spirit, ideally already working in the Industry either as a sales negotiator or valuer. They are looking for a mature attitude and someone who is seeking a long-term role. “A good all-rounder”
You will be professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature. This really is a super opportunity for someone seeking a move to a company that cares about its staff and has traditional estate agency values.
Basic salary in the region of £24-25,000 with on target earnings in the region of £32-35,000. This would be depending on level of experience
Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30 pm, Friday 8.45 am – 5 pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm (time off in lieu)
Mileage allowance for business mileage.
