Sales Negotiator:
The role can be either 4 or 5days per week including Saturdays.
Residential sales negotiator required for rare property division selling properties in excess of one million pounds for prestige agency in Gosforth, Newcastle on Tyne.
Local knowledge is a key attribute.
Our client is an independent agent offering excellent prospects and a great package with generous basic salary and commission.
They have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join the successful team.
This office has been very busy in recent months with renewed demand for residential and rural property throughout the North east of England. It’s an exciting time to join the team and be part of our ongoing growth ambitions.
This role will focus on our Rare and prestige housing market, with the opportunity to be involved in sales across the wider area.
ABOUT YOU
You may have already be an established property sales professional or be considering a career move into the property market, or just starting out in your career. Either way, we’d love to hear from you. Depending on experience, a senior level role may be considered.
As well as being customer focused, you’ll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, problem solving, planning & organising and negotiation. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do; you’ll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
·Driving Licence
·Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook.

This is a prime opportunity to work for a highly-regarded independent agent in a very busy, successful office.
Basic salary up to £27,000 pro rate + Commission.
