Job Description:
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in their busy office, responsible for managing property sales from instruction to completion. This role demands a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills who can take initiative, build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage a portfolio of properties, handling sales from initial enquiry through to completion
·Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers
·Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best outcome for all parties
·Take the initiative in identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into sales
·Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout
·Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and manage listings to attract potential buyers
·Handle all sales-related paperwork and compliance, ensuring all transactions meet legal and company requirements
·Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property sales processes
·Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
·Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property sector essential
·Excellent negotiation and communication skills
·Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team
·Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
·A proactive and results-driven attitude
·Full UK driving licence is essential
·Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
·Familiarity with property software and MS Office Suite is a plus
