This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced  sales negotiator / progressor to join a progressive and forward thinking Estate Agency brand.

Our client is looking for an experienced all rounder to join them to cover the negotiating and sales progression within the office as well as any other duties that may arise. They are looking for a sharp and driven individual who would like to work for a dynamic independent firm who can offer them a fantastic working environment.  You will have your own car and a desire to better yourself as an estate agent. This is a role for an experienced estate agent that has confidence in their own ability and would like to earn great commission!

They can offer an excellent package with a basic salary in the region of £25,000 but super commission structure with an on target income in the region of £36-40,000 based on current figures.  They have a huge market share locally and due to a progression within the company this role has recently become available.
