Sales Negotiator – £25,000-£30,000 DOE + OTE £30,000-£35,000
 
Our client is a market leading multi branched agency with a professional and impressive reputation in the property industry.
 
They have an opening for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join this busy department and leading branch.
 
They are looking to recruit an experienced property professional with a focused and dynamic approach to sales, excellent negotiation skills, able to develop strong relationships and deliver true customer service.
 
As a Sales Negotiator, the role will cover all aspects from dealing with enquiries, arranging valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments, negotiate sales, conduct viewings and continuous brand awareness.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. If you have experience in the property industry, tenacious, true negotiation skills and target focused then this is the ideal role for you.
 
Experience in South Manchester essential.
 
An ambitious attitude and a willingness to get stuck in is really important.
 
Successful candidate will be very target driven.
