A fantastic opportunity to join a respected multi branch, independent firm of estate agents in their successful Yateley branch in Hampshire.
With already obtained experience in the industry, you should be able to hit the ground running and make a direct impact to the team and business.
Main Responsibilities:
·Assisting with creating & winning new business both in property valuations and sales.
·Professionally carrying out viewings & optimising opportunities.
·Maximise all revenue incomes available to you.
·Vendor & Applicant Management.
·Sales Progression.
With at least 2 years experience working in the property industry and local knowledge of the area, you should be a motivated and target driven candidate who upholds company standards and increases customer satisfaction.
Strong written and oral skills are a must along with being comfortable with MS office, Estate Agent computer packages and current property legislations.
A superb package is on offer for the right candidate with a basic salary in the region of £22,000 – £24,500 depending on experience and an OTE £40,000+ which is uncapped.
The working week is a five day week and alternate Saturdays.
Please note that a full driving licence and your own car is required to fulfil the role.
