Residential Sales Negotiator.
Based in the Surbiton area of South-west of London, our client is a leading firm of independent Estate Agents who are expanding their current team and are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator for their successful Branch.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within the local area, have a professional approach and be able to communicate at all levels.
Purpose of the role:
– To assist the Sales team in the smooth running of the department and its ongoing success.
– To liaise with clients on a regular basis regarding their requirements and provide a high quality service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Regularly liaise with applicants, Buyers and Vendors in relation to their requirements
– To match suitable properties to Buyers requirements
– To arrange and attend property viewings
– To negotiate offers
– To generate new instructions and business
– To arrange Viewings and valuations
– To meet set targets
– Administration
In return, our client will offer a basic salary, and a commission structure designed to reward success, a company car allowance and genuine career prospects.
Requirements
·Full UK Driving license
·Own car and insured for business use
·1 year’s previous experience
(Achievable package year one: £45,000 OTE)
