Position Overview: As a Residential Property Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role within the sales team, tasked with cultivating relationships with prospective buyers, negotiating offers, and overseeing property transactions from inception to completion. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing expert guidance throughout the sales process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities: Forge and nurture relationships with potential buyers, conducting property viewings and furnishing comprehensive property details as required. Pro actively seek out new leads and promptly follow up on inquiries to generate viable sales opportunities. Leverage your negotiation prowess to secure favourable deals for both buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Stay abreast of market trends and property values to offer accurate advice and insights to clients. Collaborate with team members, including valuers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers, to streamline property transactions effectively. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, property particulars, and sales progression.
Requirements: Demonstrable experience in residential sales or property negotiations is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients to facilitate successful deal closures. A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
 A proactive approach, coupled with strong time management abilities and the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
