1.Client Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
oProvide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
oGenerate property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing property descriptions.
oConduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
3.Negotiation and Deal Closure:
oEffectively negotiate sales terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the buyer and seller.
oWork closely with clients to finalize transactions and overcome any obstacles that may arise during the negotiation process.
oStay updated on the local property market trends, pricing, and competition.
oProvide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding market conditions and sales performance.
oEnsure accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
oCollaborate with the administrative team to prepare necessary documentation for property transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in testate agency, with a focus on residential properties.
2.In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
3.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
6.Proficient in using estate agency software and technology.
7.Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
