Senior Property Consultant
Our client is an exciting, fast paced top performers in Bournemouth
They are looking to expand their growing business in Property and require someone with tenacity that understands that customer contact and giving the best service, is key to success. They are specifically looking for someone that is ready to progress to the next level or has current experience in Market appraisals, sales progression, etc.
As a valued member of this award winning team, you will be one of the driving forces, that keeps this top performing Principal setting benchmarks of unrivalled success. A competitive salary will be offered comprising a basic salary plus uncapped commissions on sales and achievable targets.
Responsibilities include
· Conduct private inspections as required (MUST be available for Saturdays with a day off in the week)
· Follow up all viewing attendees
· Daily prospecting calls
· Follow up weekly contact with buyers and sellers
· Liaise with the Principal on a daily basis
· Generate new business
· Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and on a daily basis
· Create appraisal opportunities
· Liaise/negotiate with buyers
· Attend listing appointments
· Client care and buyer follow up
The Successful Candidate will have:
· Previous experience in Estate Agency residential sales preferable, with ongoing training provided
· Must have a current driver’s license
· Immaculately presented and well groomed
· Be at team player
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential
Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive can do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
