Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in the sales team, assisting clients through the property buying and selling process. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting property viewings and showcasing properties to potential buyers.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and advice.
3. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
4. Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
6. Staying up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the estate agency industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
3. Excellent negotiation abilities and a proven track record in closing deals.
4. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of the Bournemouth property market and local area is highly advantageous.
