Experienced or Trainee Estate Agency Sales Negotiator required for an Independent and sought-after Estate Agency in the Barnstaple area with a great reputation and on target earnings of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
Our client is a successful Estate Agency in the South West area. They are looking for a professional and friendly sales negotiator to join the team in their Barnstaple office. This will be someone ideally with property sales experience (although they would consider good sales/customer service experience outside of the industry) and with smart appearance and a great attitude and people skills. You will be organised and personable, preferably with local knowledge and a desire to succeed. You will need your own car for carrying out appointments.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting clients in the office and taking calls
- Registering potential new clients
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Managing the sale process through to completion
- Identifying new opportunities and liaising with other departments such as lettings, land and new homes, doing mortgage referrals
In return you will be offered a generous basic salary in the region of £24,000 with on target earnings of £28-30,000.
