Position Overview:
As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for building relationships with potential buyers, negotiating offers, and finalizing property transactions. You will work closely with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process with expertise and professionalism.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, including conducting property viewings and providing detailed information about properties.
Proactively seek out new leads and follow up on inquiries promptly to generate sales opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the buyer and the seller.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
Coordinate with other team members, such as property valuers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property details, and sales progress.
 
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential sales or property negotiations is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and negotiate deals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
In-depth knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, property databases, and other sales tools.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
