My client is a highly regarded and successful independent estate agent, and they have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in Ampthill
 
The role will involve qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, vendor feedback, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and helping sales to complete, along with delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital administrative support.
 
Your Skills:
·Previous estate agency sales experience
·Well presented
·Good phone manner
·Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
·Strong communication skills.
·Knowledge of the local area.
·Proven track record of delivering results
·A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
·If you have a flair for social media account management that would be an added bonus!
 
Working hours:
·Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm and every other Saturday from 9am – 4pm (with a day off in lieu)
 
Salary:
·Basic Salary of up to £30,000 (dependant on experience) plus commission
