Role Overview:
This role is perfect for a driven Sales Negotiator with at least 12 months of experience. The successful candidate will manage property listings, guide buyers and sellers through the sales process, and negotiate deals. If you have a proven track record in property sales and are eager to earn substantial commission through hard work and determination, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers
– Manage and update property listings, ensuring effective marketing
– Provide expert advice to clients, assisting them through every step of the sales process
– Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new business and securing sales
– Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and competitor activity
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
– A minimum of 1 years’ experience in estate agency sales
– A full UK driving licence (essential for conducting viewings and client meetings)
– Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to build rapport
– A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for property
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– A good understanding of the property market and sales process
– A positive and professional approach, with a desire to work within a supportive team
