A very exceptional and exciting challenge has arisen in Bishopston for a driven and determined Branch Manager who is hungry for a fresh challenge.
 
This role will suit a Branch Manager/ Senior Valuer who has hit a glass ceiling and is looking for something they can make their own. You will have flexibility in choosing your own team, areas you focus on and much more.
 
Duties to include:
 
-Marketing
-Networking
-Business development and increasing the market share
-Generating and attending valuations
-Generating and attending viewings
-Some administration
-Motivating staff
 
Duties will vary and due to the nature of this role you must expect to lend a hand wherever is required.
Our client is looking for a keen result driven candidate to push the sales side of the business without pressure.
 
Salary – £25k with additional car allowance DOE with a great commission structure of 5% rising to 10% when costs are covered.
