Our client is a leading independent estate agency and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team.
The role requires the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent presentation, good business-winning skills and a strong customer-focus. The role also requires the confidence and skill to build trust and rapport with all clients and customers.
THE JOB ROLE
This role is a fantastic stepping stone if you’re a Senior Sales Negotiator eager to advance your career or an existing Sales Manager looking for your chance to really own your success. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Estate Agency industry, a strong history of success, and the drive to thrive in a key role with a reputable local brand. In this position, you’ll work closely with the directors to ensure the office meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business, and maintains strong client relationships.
KEY SKILLS
• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong track record in listing and winning instructions
• Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
• Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding our team
• A keen drive for securing new business
• Full UK driving licence

Salary – Basic £23-27K OTE £55k
Car Allowance – £3k

DAYS OF WORK
·Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat
·Mon – Fri 09:00 to 18:00 Sat 09:00 to 16:00 with half an hour for lunch
