Sales Manager – £27k – £35k – Bradley Stoke
A well established Independent firm in North Bristol are looking for an Sales Manager to join their team in Bradley Stoke.
A pivotal role in the office, duties will include:
– Conducting market appraisals
– Providing a professional and high standard of customer service
– Liaising with clients and vendors
– Managing the sales process
– Working with the Sales team
– Negotiating offers between Buyers and seller
– Reporting sales
– Listing Sales property
– Generating Mortgage referral’s
The idea candidate for the role:
– Previous Estate Agency Experience
– Full UK Driving License
– Professional and Well Presented
– Track record in achieving set targets
– Customer Service driven
– Strong the local knowledge
– Experience of managing a team or valuing experience with the desire to manage
