Our client is seeking a dynamic, hardworking and extremely organised Sales Consultant to join their team in Woolton.
Job overview
- Professional, effective, and efficient management of the day-to-day running of a growing estate agency company
- Responsible for responding to & liaising with sales applicant as well as advising & communicating with vendors
- Proactively manage new appraisal leads and arrange valuations
- Professionally and diligently ensuring all legal obligations are up-to-date and accurate
- Overseeing Sales Progression
- Providing effective communication with vendors and applicants via inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, and post
- Accurately logging & reporting business mileage
The candidate:
- There is a minimum requirement of at least 1 year experience in a similar, ongoing job role (you must have worked in this job role within the last 6 months)
- Proficient use of IT, to include Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Edge.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Must own, or have daily use of, a car and hold insurance to include Business Use.
- Have your own mobile phone with a contract suitable to cover business phone calls and data usage.
- Availability to work on Saturdays if required (full day in lieu provided in return), currently at a rate of 1 in 3
