Sales Client Manager – Slough Branch
Our Estate Agency client seeks a dynamic Sales Client Manager to join their thriving estate agency Slough branch. This pivotal role involves spearheading market dominance and ensuring high-quality client care and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and maintain the largest market share for on-market and under-offer properties
·Drive proactive calls and client visits, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient management of client visit generation
·Achieve high conversion rates for full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales, incorporating additional products and premium fee services
·Oversee high-quality marketing initiatives including photography, descriptions, and web marketing
·Ensure compliance with money laundering regulations, EPCs, CPR, and administrative documentation
·Uphold excellent client care standards, including revisits and price adjustments
·Conduct effective client care meetings to ensure engaging and impactful client contact and actions weekly
·Achieve high sell-through rates of personal and branch instructions
·Generate client feedback, testimonials, and case studies
Role Highlights:
·Daily review and conversion of opportunities into client visits and instructions
·Monitoring and conversion of third-party potential opportunities to company targets
·Daily reviews of various opportunity lines, such as board penetration, outstanding viewing feedback, and competitor instructions
·Conducting weekly client revisits and ensuring high standards of client care
·Prioritize targeting main roads for board penetration and visibility
·Collaborate with other departments for cross-departmental opportunities
Key Daily Activities:
·Uploading PRE Client Visit clients and properties to target levels
·Door knocking and distributing leaflets to generate applicants and property interest
·Targeted focus on solicitor, financial services, and reference/referral engagement
·Actively seek and pass opportunities to other departments, including Lettings, Commercial, New Homes, and Land
