53527 Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Bournemouth – £20,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
Our client, an award winning, dynamic estate agents are experiencing continued growth and are offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to further their estate agent career OR who wants to get into the industry and has no previous experience.
They are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join their team.
They provide a structured career path from negotiator to management for the right candidate. Sales experience would be an advantage (although trainee positions are available) but they would require you to possess high levels of energy and drive to achieving goals/targets.
Must have the following:
·Customer service experience
·Previous experience of hitting and exceeding targets -(not necessarily in Property)
·All candidates for this role must possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals and targets, the best estate agent candidates must have a can do attitude
·Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of clientèle effectively
·Maintain a calm, credible and professional manner
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Time management skills
·Full drivers licence and use of a vehicle
