Estate Agent Residential Sales Manager
My clients are highly sort after and a long established Independent Estate Agents. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their Bedworth office.

An excellent salary package and strong commission structure will be offered to get the right candidate on board.
Our client is now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager looking to join their team.
Sales Manager Job Summary
As the Residential Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success in a highly sought after and established office.
You will oversee and support the sales teams day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
·Coaching and mentoring a team and assisting with training initiatives.
·Winning business.
·Marketing reviews and updates with the clients.
·Client care, building and maintaining professional relationships.
Requirements
·Estate Agency: 5 years (required)
·1/2 years’ Experience of managing a team
·Confident in your ability to succeed
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Knowledge of the local area.
·Hungry and passionate about property
·A love for winning business
·Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
·Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable.
·Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills.
·Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others.
Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm, time back in lieu.
Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 basic, £45,000 OTE (commissions)
