This really is a rare and exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious Exeter Estate Agency as a residential and new homes negotiator, working from beautiful city centre offices and with parking provided. Realistic on target earnings in the region of £32-35,000.
The Role
·To effectively sell, negotiate and administer all aspects of the residential sales and new homes portfolio, providing the highest level of customer support to clients.
·To work between both Residential Sales and New Homes departments to promote and progress the sales of both new homes and second-hand homes to clients.
·To work pro-actively with the sales team and to maintain and grow the portfolio and to assist in the promotion and marketing of the properties.
Main Duties
To be involved in all aspects of the sales process from viewings, through the generation of new business, the efficient management of both vendors and purchasers to the negotiation and proactive progression of property transactions – as follows:
·To market, negotiate and administer residential property sales.
·To encourage offers and negotiate between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
·To work alongside the Residential Sales Manager, Associate Directors and Head of New Homes prospecting for new business, following up market appraisals and liaising with vendor clients.
·To maintain a ‘hot buyer’ database, regularly communicating with all hot buyers and proactively informing them of new properties
·To pro-actively arrange and undertake viewings using in-house database.
·To follow up viewings and to provide vendor feedback.
·To efficiently action all internet enquiries.
·To promptly answer incoming calls and action appropriately.
·To enable the efficient use of our database to ensure a high standard of applicant registration and monitoring this on regular basis, taking action where necessary to improve procedures.
·To ensure that all information is passed to Sales Progression Manager once sale has been agreed.
·To provide the very best service to Vendor and Applicant clients at all times.
·Any other duties as determined by the Residential Sales Manager.
Competitive basic salary of £24-28,000 plus commission and on target earnings around £32-35,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 08.45 to 18.00 with 1:3 or 4 Saturdays 09.00 to 14.00
