On behalf of our clients we are seeking an experienced and skilled Renewals manager for the South west London area.
The role of the Renewals Consultant is to conduct tenancy renewals in a professional, timely and efficient manner. The role requires achieving the best possible price upon renewal in line with the current market value, along with handling compliance related processes and negotiating with tenants and landlords . The successful candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking and a strong team player who thrives in challenging roles and work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving techniques are required.
 
Hours are Monday to Friday 9.0 am – 5.30 p.m.
