PROPERTY MANAGER
Due to expansion this award winning independent agency are now seeking a Property Manager. With over a decade in the business their success is going from strength to strength and now require an experienced professional to join their team. This is primarily an office based position although mid-term inspections will be required.
Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30
Alternate Saturday 9-4 with a day off in lieu
Portfolio of 180 properties.
Responsibilities
·Manage all aspects of assigned properties
·Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
·Mid-term Inspections
·Arrange maintenance to meet standards
·Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
·Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
·Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
·Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
·Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing variances, data and trends
·Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
·Update job and market knowledge
Requirements
·Proven work experience as property manager – ideally 3+ years experience
·Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
·In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
·Interpersonal with strong communication and presentation skills
·Well organised with excellent time management skills
·Full UK driving licence
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fast paced, growing company. In return, the generous salary package will be 25-27k dependant on experience. A commission structure will be in place once you have qualified the trial period.
