 Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team in Darwen, Lancashire. 

Job role: Property Manager
 
Salary: £28k per annum (negotiable dependant on experience)

 Job duties :

  • Managing a portfolio of circa 600 tenanted properties
  • Overseeing day to day maintenance/works at properties
  • Building & establishing professional working relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants
  • Overseeing/managing projects through to completion

  • Ability to self-manage and meet targets

  • Customer service/people skills
