Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly team.
 
Job Role:
 
·Liasing with tenants, contractors and landlords.
·Dealing with maintenance issues
·Routine inspections
·Check outs
·dealing with safety compliance
 
 
No two days are the same but every day is interesting and new opportunity to learn.
 
You will need to be well organised with a can do attitude, interest to learn and enjoy working as part of a close knit team, however, also having the ability to work independently.
 
Experience in Property Management is beneficial, however, any experience in the Lettings industry and a willingness to learn is considered.
 
If you can work well under pressure, have a positive outlook and can deal with conflict, we would be interested to hear from you.
 
Job requirements: Own car, a full driving licence and a sense of humour.
