Our client seeks a highly professional and organised Property Manager for one of their offices in Berkshire.
Main Responsibilities
·Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with maintenance enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
·Visit managed properties to carry out regular inspections and report accordingly
·Liaise with landlords and tenants on maintenance works
·Dealing with all maintenance enquiries and work with landlords, tenants and contractors
·Keeping the online reporting system up to date on a daily basis and ensuring
·Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy
·Booking of safety certificates and making sure all properties meet current legislation in all required areas

Experience within a Property Manager role is preferred, but if you have successful experience working within a lettings team, and are able to demonstrate you have the tools and skills to perform the role, then please consider this varied, demanding but rewarding position.
The basic salary is £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, and the role is carried out Monday to Friday.
