About the Role:
Out client are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of student let properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in property management, particularly within the student lets sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Housing Act, Health and Safety).
