LETTINGS INVENTORIES AND INSPECTIONS CLERK, BOURNE
A respected and award winning Estate agency firm are looking for a Property Inventories and Inspections Clerk to cover their branch in picturesque town of Bourne.

Our Inventory & Inspection Clerk role will see the successful candidate building excellent customer relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors alike. You will be providing a service for a Landlord through methodical Inventories, Check In, Check Out Inspections and Property Visits.
For the role you will need to be extremely organised and adaptable, working closely with the rest of the team. You will be carrying out property inspections and Inventories for all types of homes and report on findings in a timely manner. Empathy, consideration and above all outstanding customer service are essential when dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors.
You will display excellent communication and administration skills and must be able to demonstrate you can offer a premium level of customer service.
A keen eye for detail and excellent negotiation skills are essential as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving maintenance issues throughout the life cycle of a tenancy.
This role requires an enthusiastic team member, with a passion for property, who is able to multi-task as well as work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.
Previous lettings experience and knowledge of current legislation is essential . Any lettings qualifications will be looked upon favourably for the successful candidate. A drivers license is essential to manage your portfolio.
