What are they looking for?
They are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Office Manager to continue to lead the branch and its fantastic team at Hexham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for dealing with valuing, listing, sales progression, and most importantly leading the branch and its staff to be the best it can be.
A proven track in estate agency and in particular valuing is essential, although full training will be provided.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, be able to close a sale and have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

A day in the life of a Office Manager
·You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team
·You will follow up on your valuations and have a keen eye for new business generation
·You will work to targets around listing’s and conversion rates
·You will actively prospect for new business
·You will list new properties onto our CRM software
·You will monitor business generation and targets for your branch and staff
·You will lead, motivate and inspire your team to be the best they can be
You will need a full, clean driving licence and use of your own car (paid at 45p per mile for all business miles).
The job is subject to suitable references.
The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday as well as every other Saturday, from 9am -12pm.
