Super opportunity for a professional, Experienced New Homes Support / PA to work alongside the Head of New Homes within an up-market firm in a city centre location in the Exeter area with salary in the region of £25-30,000.
Our client is a sought after, professional and up market firm with offices across the South West. They are currently looking for an experienced New Homes support administrator / PA with a first-class knowledge of general admin and IT and experience of working in a sales or support role in a similar industry or ideally in the Estate Agency / New Homes Sector. This role will involve in office sales, booking appointments and compiling reports and dealing with developers and clients over the phone and face to face as well as the sales support administration and sales progression. This role is to ensure the smooth running of the Exeter New Homes department.
You will be of smart appearance, confident, friendly natured and highly organised with excellent admin & IT skills.
Salary in the region of £25-30,000 with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and potentially one in four Saturdays
