Are you an experienced estate agent looking for a new opportunity dealing with prestigious and country homes?
Due to continued success and their on-going expansion this award winning multi practice Property Firm are looking to recruit an experienced Country Homes senior negotiator to enhance the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the companies in the business and who have built a fantastic reputation for delivering excellence.
You will be working in a forward thinking and dynamic team and led by a passionate manager who will give you the right degree of autonomy and support.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1/2 years estate agency experience and be a great communicator, very pro-active and with first class attention to detail.
Duties will include:
*Phoning Out New Instructions
*Vendor Contact
*Sales chasing
*Accompanying Viewings
*Arranging Advertising
*Producing Floor Plans
And any other duties to ensure that first class customer service is delivered and that no sales opportunity is missed.
The company are providing an excellent basic salary to attract the right person along with many further benefits, including a company car or allowance. The role will involve working on Saturday morning, on a rota basis.
