As a professional in property negotiation, you’ll champion residential sales and lettings with finesse and expertise. While prior experience in estate agency is advantageous, we welcome individuals with a strong character and a desire to build a successful career in the property industry. Crucially, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with a results-oriented mindset, is essential.
Key attributes we’re seeking include exceptional motivational and organizational abilities, along with a collaborative team spirit. Essential Skills:
·Proven experience in property viewings, sales/lettings negotiation, and booking valuations and viewings.
·Strong drive to succeed.
·Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle.
·Proficiency in computer literacy.
·Outgoing personality with adept interpersonal skills.
·Ability to adapt quickly and think strategically.
·Demonstrated drive and determination to excel.
Preferred Skills:
·Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.
·Background in sales/lettings or customer service is desirable.

Salary £18,000- £30,000.
Hours 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Saturday 9am – 3pm  (Day off if working Saturday)
