An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a well established, energetic, forward thinking, and experienced team based covering The Black Country. You will be working for a market leading independent with a fantastic office network and ambitious plans to further develop their already successful lettings business.
You will receive a basic salary of 23/4k plus commission, many further financial perks and other benefits. This is a role with great potential for further progression, and you will receive on going training and support.
Principle Accountabilities:
·?Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market. ?
·Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords ?
·Business generation – creating opportunities to increase the portfolio ?
·Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
The right candidate will: ?
·Be able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success ?
·Have the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
·Be a dynamic, driven and energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
·Someone who can build long term relationships with clients, whilst also exploring new opportunities ?
·Possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented and well-spoken ?
·A key member of the team who believes in the companies values and culture ?
·12 months + experience in an agency environment negotiating and valuing ?
·Be accurate, numerate and computer literate ?
·Have excellent communication skills
