A highly successful Independent firm in Birstall are looking for a Lettings Negotiator.
With a good reputation in the business for customer service and integrity, they are looking for a like minded individual to join them.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum 12 months Lettings experience already and will be looking to progress their career with a company that really look after their staff.
Duties will include:
·Generating viewings and attending viewings
·Negotiate Lets
·Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
·Building long term relationships with landlords
·Ensuring systems and service standards are adhered
·Dealing with a challenging workload
·Deal with any property maintenance issues
·Monitor rent arrears
·Property phone outs and client feedback
·Obtain references
·Property inspections and check in & outs
The Successful candidate will:
·Have a minimum of 1 years property experience
·A Full UK driving license and access to their own car
·Strong organisation and communication skills
·Team player
·Ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline
The Company can offer great values and a team working environment as well as the opportunity to earn a competitive basic and un-capped commission.
The role is Monday-Friday 9.30-5.30 and a rota on a saturday 1in 3.
