An accomplished Lettings Negotiator with knowledge of the Swindon lettings market is required by an independent residential estate agency in Wiltshire

he company’s ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional negotiation skills. The successful Lettings Negotiator will be expected to carry out all the pertinent Lettings duties including canvassing for new business, valuations, property viewings, negotiations and client management. To be considered for this position, applicants must have two years’ residential lettings experience within a Wiltshire Estate Agents.

A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and own car.
