A fantastic opportunity to join a well respected, award winning independent company working in a beautiful part of the country.
Our client is looking for a full-time person to join a small Lettings Team based in Shaftesbury. The role is wide-ranging and whilst previous experience within Lettings is preferred, there is also the opportunity for someone with the right skill set (organisational, communication & customer service skills) and who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided as well as the opportunity to undertake industry exams. There is plenty of opportunity for the successful candidate to develop within this wide-ranging role
The role itself will cover all aspects of lettings administration, as well as conducting viewings and arranging move ins for successful applicants.
Skills & Experience
– Excellent communication skills are paramount as our client prides themselves on exceptional service .
– Fundamentally this is sales job, so having a persuasive but polite nature is an advantage.
– Passionate about property.
– You should be confident and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
– Able to work well on your own initiative.
– Tenacious and target driven
– Customer service orientated
