Our client is an extremely successful independent family run estate agent with over 35 years local experience offering a comprehensive residential sales and lettings service with a number of offices throughout Dorset.
 
An experienced Negotiator to complement the existing Residential Lettings Team is required in their Wimborne office. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, to be a key player within an expanding and diversifying agency business. This will be a rewarding position not just financially but for progression, as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate’s prime objective will be to assist the Manager in developing market share within the area through strong relationship building and delivering excellent service standards.
Main responsibilities to include but are not exhausted:
·Referencing applicants
·Preparing tenancy agreements
·Registration of tenancy deposits
·Managing deposit disputes
·Conducting check ins
·Applicant mail outs to properties & carry out viewings
·Building long term relationships with potential and existing landlord’s, tenants and contractors
·Management of a portfolio of residential properties to include maintenance, property visits, negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases.
 
The company is looking for an outgoing, hard-working and personable individual who enjoys working in a busy and professional environment. You will need the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining organised and focused, as well as having outstanding organisational skills. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property management and ARLA Level 3 qualification is preferred, but not essential as full training will be made available.
 
The successful candidate will also require their own transport as property inspections will form part of the role.
 
There is a basic salary of up to £24,000 depending on the level of experience. Further rewards include a bonus scheme and sales commission for the right candidate with an OTE of £27,250+.
 
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am until 1pm on a rota basis.
