Lettings Manager
 
Full-time. Permanent.
 
Good basic salary plus bonus (OTE £30K) and car allowance/company car.
 
Birthdays off!
 
An accomplished Lettings Manager / Negotiator with knowledge of the lettings market is required by a dynamic residential estate agency.
 
The company’s ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional negotiation skills. The successful Lettings Manager / Negotiator will be expected to carry out all the pertinent Lettings duties including canvassing for new business, valuations, property viewings, negotiations and client management.
 
To be considered for this position, applicants must have residential lettings experience as well as a professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance. It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
 
Hours of work: Mon/Fri  9.00am – 5.30pm with 1 in 3 Sat rota 9.30am – 12.30pm
