My well established client are looking for a talented Lettings Manager to join their Oakham team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be self-motivating and have a proven track record of managing a lettings portfolio. They will be heading up an existing team and will have access to an existing database of managed, let only and tenant find only clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Lettings Manager your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of the lettings business.
·Develop and implement an annual business plan to increase revenue streams, expand the tenanted portfolio and secure profitable growth
·Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and deliver quality and consistent service as promised to customers in the service level agreement
·Continue the culture of professional behaviour and customer care, including internal customers and to foster healthy relationships with outsource service providers
·Provide positive and motivational team leadership
·Develop all opportunities for cross selling the company’s full range of products to customers
·Manage the rent roll of all properties
·Manage annual certificates in line with legislation
·Perform regular rent reviews on the existing managed portfolio
·Perform valuations for potential new properties
·Provide support to the Property Management Team
·Generate revenue for the Company and to operate profitably in accordance with agreed budgets.
·You must have previous experience of successfully running a lettings branch within estate agency and have current local market knowledge.
·Target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.
·Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
·Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.
·Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
·You must have a full (preferably clean) driving licence and your own vehicle.

Expected hours and days
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6:00 pm, alternate Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
This role is only open to people with a can-do and winning attitude.
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary, new business-based commission and a car allowance.
