A leading residential Estate Agency in Gloucestershire are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their successful team. With a strong focus towards providing an excellent service for both Landlords and Tenants they are looking for a like minded individual that can assist in the continued growth of the business. Your role will include: – Arranging and attending viewings – Liaising with tenants and landlords – Booking market appraisals – Attending Market appraisals – Canvassing – Various administration – Overseeing all aspects of the business – Staying up to date within current legislation For more information please contact Alexis Mead
