The Lettings Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Lettings department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maximizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the lettings market.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or in a senior lettings role within the property industry.
- Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the lettings market and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation.
